If you are currently own a MotoSAT Datastorm antenna and you are also a MotoSAT bandwidth customer you can now transfer your Tier 1 support to Internet Anywhere and we will provide support at no charge for your Datastorm antenna. If the system is currently not working properly you must first have that issue resolved by your current dealer, MotoSAT or we can provide paid technical support to get you up and running. Once the system is operational the Authorization to Transfer form can be completed and once approved we would become your dealer of record.

Bill Adams and Internet Anywhere provides 7 day per week technical support to all of our customers at no additional charge for MotoSAT related issues. We also provide paid technical support for any and all MotoSAT Datastorm customers who have not been able to receive support elsewhere or where the support they are receiving is lacking. We will be posting trouble-shooting documents for some of the most common problems and their solutions and we will try to keep this as up-to-date as time allows.
