Services are available anywhere you have a clear view of the Southern sky in the lower 48 States plus Alaska, Mexico and most of Canada. There are no idle disconnects, like you can get with a dial-up or cellular connection, and you never pay any per minute charges. It's "always-on" and it's "always available". Static IP addresses are available at an extra charge for those that require this option for VPN or remote desktop connections.
